If you notice an incorrect delivery address, product selection, size, quantity or other information, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Many of the textiles offered by SariKotha are produced using traditional handloom and handcrafted techniques.

Customers acknowledge that such products may naturally contain characteristics including:

• Slight variations in weave

• Minor irregularities in motifs

• Variations in colour

• Differences in texture

• Small variations in measurements

• Minor irregularities arising from handmade processes

These characteristics may be inherent to the craftsmanship and should not automatically be considered defects.

Where a variation materially affects the product or falls outside the reasonable characteristics described on the product page, please contact us.

17. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, SariKotha may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes must be used before their expiry date.
